Bartlesville - The City
Though called a City in America this would be called a Town in the UK, Bartlesville is located in the North East of Oklahoma and has a lot to offer. It is a small, quiet, low crime, great weather (most of the time) and is close enough to a large City (Tulsa) to be of use but far enough away from there to stay quiet.
The top floor of tallest building in the picture below is where Sarah worked overlooking the small city centre, the old building in the centre is the courthouse.

Jo Allyn Lowe Park in full Autumn glory, Mark and I sat fishing here catching catfish one after another with 20 foot rods imported from home. Sarah and I walked here most evenings throughout the year and saw some incredible wildlife from hummingbirds to deer and everything in between

the only Frank Lloyd Wright tower block ever built and a very popular attraction for architects the world over, it houses a hotel and restaurant and is frequented by some of the worlds best architects. It is also the place where I saw Christian Bale ("I am the batman") in October 2008. He told local news papers he was there to 'get away from it all'........... he came to the right place.
