Zion National Park - Utah
This is a park I desperately want to return to, I called in here on my way down to Las Vegas having made a circuit around I-70 and I-15 from the Moab area of Utah. I had walked miles around Bryce Canyon, Arches, Canyonlands, The Grand Canyon, Dead Horse Point and others in the previous days and my feet and legs were in bad shape. It was only 8 weeks since my foot operation and I think I may have overdone things a bit. By the time I arrived at Zion I had nothing left to give. I parked in a small pull off beside the road and grabbed a few shots of the nearby area.
I managed to hike about 2 miles (if that) whilst here and would love to go back an see more of this incredible place (greedy I know)
I suspect I may get the opportunity as Sarah is very keen to see Southern Utah and I would gladly return to any part of it. Utah is without doubt my favourite state, it is an outdoor lovers paradise. Now with my legs and feet rebuilt in Scotland I know I'm ready to revisit and really enjoy this incredible state.
